The Rules |
1. Guild leaders will play at least 3 days a week and or a min of 15 hours a week. 2. Guild leaders will join and stay in the appropriate Server wide chats at all times they are in game. 3. Guild leaders will inform their officers of all new information via officers meetings and email. Or they may if need be use the server wide officers chat.

4. Guild leaders will train officers to train members to join the server wide chats. 5. Guild leaders will maintain an accurate roster of guild members and officers. 6. Guild leaders will see to it that all members register with either by having them direct mail or having them email the guild leader then forwarding it. Registration will include char name, class, status (officer or member) and SERVER. 7. Guild leaders will maintain communications with by sending weekly reports on the state of their guilds to 8. Guild leaders will notify if they will not be online for any length of time. 9. Guild leaders will be expected to step down if they cannot fulfill these protocols.
