The Rules |
These are the protocols for officership. To be used as a guide to promotions and implemented by the Leaders. Leaders have the authority to over ride any of these protocols at their desire. 1. Officers will upon promotion join the officer's chat. The guild leader will assist in this. 2. Officers will play at least 2 days a week with a minimum of 15 hours of play a week. The Officership comes with added responsibility. If you would be an officer then it's an honor and you have earned the title. It requires a bit more than membership.

3. Officers will actively recruit new members until guild policy on their server changes. 4. Officers will instruct the initiates with the command to join the server wide member chat. 5. Officers will be responsible for seeing to it that their invitees Register via email to 6. Officers will assist members with any needs. 7. Officers will be knowledgeable of the guild and all of its servers. And know all of the Guild Leaders by name. 8. Officers will act as arbitrators, peacekeepers, counselors, and resource personnel. 9. Officers will be courteous to all players. 10. Officers will be eligible to promote to guild leader after 1 months service as an officer. This will last until all servers are guilded. Inquiry can be made at 11. Officers will maintain open communications with their guild leaders, utilizing Email and server wide chats. 12. If an officer cannot be online for a substantial amount of time he/she is to contact the guild leader promptly. 13. Officers are required to have good working emails. 14. If an officer cannot perform these protocols he/she will be expected to step down.
